Under the responsibility of the Growth and Marketing Director, the Project Manager of Marketing at Optima Aero will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of digital marketing projects. Collaborating with partner agencies, you will lead the design and delivery of various advertising campaigns to generate leads. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing customer journeys and/or digital campaigns. Additionally, you will analyze performance and formulate strategic recommendations while staying abreast of marketing trends. A versatile role where each initiative will contribute to the growth of our brand!

Responsabilities

  • Ensure the planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of various marketing projects for which you are responsible (marketing automations, content promotion, campaign deployments, product launches, and new services, etc.);
  • Collaborate with different agencies contracted with Optima Aero;
  • Plan, design, and deliver various advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation (development of briefs, coordination of visual elements production, delivery of elements, management of communications between various stakeholders, tracking results, optimizations, etc.);
  • Develop, test, and optimize customer journeys and/or digital campaigns on Optima Aero platforms independently or with an agency depending on the objectives;
  • Update performance reports related to your projects, activations, or campaigns, analyze them, and make recommendations to achieve objectives;
  • Participate in the development of strategic recommendations;
  • Write various communications for the website, social media;
  • Stay up-to-date with new marketing trends and industry trends by proposing ideas that could impact the reach of our marketing actions;
  • Assume any other responsibility compatible with your role assigned by your immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree in marketing, communication, administration, or any other relevant field;
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, particularly in a similar position;
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
