Sandra Bernard joins Optima Aero at a pivotal time in the company’s international growth. Appointed as General Manager – Optima Aero Europe, Sandra will lead our European operations, with a focus on expanding helicopter MRO services and overseeing dismantling operations at our facilities in France.
Sandra brings deep expertise from the aerospace sector and a leadership style grounded in collaboration and a human-centered approach to operational performance. Sandra Bernard joins Optima Aero with the ambition to support a more sustainable future and foster economic development at the local level — values that align with our mission in Europe and beyond.
A New Role for Céline Marchal in Asia-Pacific
As part of our continued global expansion, Céline Marchal will continue her mission within Optima Aero as Vice President, Sales and Business Development – EMEAA. Céline has played a key role in developing our presence in Europe over the past several years and will now bring that expertise to a new region.
Beginning in August 2025, she will relocate to Singapore to lead our commercial development in the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. She will also maintain responsibility for global sales, key accounts, and OEM relationships across Europe.
