At Optima Aero, marketing plays a key role in supporting growth and strengthening our market presence. Your work will have a direct impact on brand visibility, sales effectiveness, and the consistency of our messaging, both internally and externally. You will actively collaborate with passionate colleagues in an international environment where every project contributes to building a more sustainable aviation industry.

What  You'll  Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to managing and updating internal communication tools, including the intranet, shared documentation, and corporate presentations, to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Assist in creating and adapting internal and external marketing content and visuals (digital publications, banners, promotional materials) while respecting brand guidelines.
  • Support the administration and ongoing use of the CRM (Insightly): structuring data, qualifying leads, and producing dashboards and KPIs to support the sales team.
  • Perform basic market analyses using industry databases and other sources, and translating insights into clear, actionable reports for management and sales teams.
  • Participate in special marketing projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including onboarding documentation and customer survey optimization

What  We're  Looking  For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, business development, or content management.
  • Proficiency with Canva and the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Experience using a CRM system (Insightly or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, in an international work environment

What  We  Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Group insurance
  • Employer contribution to an RRSP
  • 3 paid sick days per year
  • Modern and collaborative work environment
  • Active social committee and regular team events
  • Opportunity to contribute to a sustainable and innovative mission
