As a Maintenance Planner, you are the master of time and coordination—the link that connects the moment fuel nozzles are received to the moment they are returned to service, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Your mission? To make sure everything runs smoothly: impeccable customer files, seamless operations, clear communication, and uncompromising customer satisfaction.

What  You'll  Do

Dans ce rôle, vous serez appelé(e) à :

  • Plan and coordinate the daily activities of the MRO department to ensure efficient execution.
  • Manage customer files in the ERP system and maintain document compliance.
  • Process shipments, track deliveries, monitor returns, and optimize inventory management.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with customers and coordinate file processing with internal teams.
  • Develop and analyze planning, billing, and sales forecast reports.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Propose, support, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

What  We're  Looking  For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Education: College Diploma (DEC) in logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in planning, logistics, or technical coordination.
  • Key Skills: Proficiency in an ERP system (AvSight is ideal) and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent customer service skills. Mandatory written English and intermediate spoken English.
  • Assets: Previous experience in the aviation/aerospace sector is a strong asset.
