Job description
The Customer Service and Planning Coordinator is responsible for communicating with clients based on their fuel nozzle maintenance needs: quotes, orders, repair orders, induction of parts for cleaning and certification, and various interactions with customers and the internal maintenance workshop.
The employee will also have related tasks in logistics and planning depending on operational needs: transportation, shipment tracking, stock management.
The priority is to offer a high-quality customer experience, combining fast processing, efficiency, and precision, while maintaining the operational continuity of the maintenance team.
Responsabilities
The coordinator will be responsible for:
- Planning production in collaboration with mechanics.
- Receiving, inducting, and closing work orders.
- Communicating effectively, accurately, and qualitatively with customers.
- Producing quotes.
- Generating invoices.
- Preparing and packaging orders following shipping and safety instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling the workflow to optimize internal operations.
- Controlling inventory and costs.
- Optimizing resources.
- Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, particularly in a similar position.
- Experience in customer service.
- Interest in a role focused on process optimization and the development of operational tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
